Manage Your Agent Page on HL.com

Use your HawaiiLife.com Admin Account to manage the content featured on your Agent Webpage. Once you are logged in, you will be able to edit your bio, profile image, collage images, featured listings, featured posts, social media channels, and more. The guides below will help you get started. 

 

Update Your Profile Image

Your profile image will display in the Agent Directory. It also appears on your Agent page and your Listing Details pages. Recommended size: at least 300w x 300h.

Step 1) Login to your new HawaiiLife.com Admin Account

Step 2) Click WEBSITE tab

Step 3) Scroll to PROFILE IMAGE field in DETAILS section. Click UPLOAD IMAGE (or click DELETE then UPLOAD IMAGE if you are replacing an existing image). Locate and select the new image file on your computer then click OPEN.

 

Step 4) Scroll to the bottom of page and click SAVE.


Update Your Bio Content

Step 1) Login to your new HawaiiLife.com Admin Account

Step 2) Click WEBSITE tab

Step 3) Scroll to BIO field in ABOUT & CONTACT section then enter your revisions

Step 4) Scroll to the bottom of page then click SAVE.  

If you’d like help writing a fresh, new bio – we’re here to assist! Simply complete the form found at this link, and we’ll create a new bio for you. We’ll email it to you for your approval before publishing it on your Agent Page.


Manage Collage Images in Photo Gallery (at top of your agent page)

Add up to 20 images to be displayed in a dynamic rotation at the top of your Agent Page.

Note: Up to 7 images will display in your collage at one time. Keep in mind the images will rotate dynamically each time your agent page is revisited.

Step 1) Login to your new HawaiiLife.com Admin Account

Step 2) Click WEBSITE tab

Step 3) Scroll to PHOTO GALLERY section and click blue CLICK HERE link -or- select the "Photo Gallery" tab at the top of the page

Step 4) Click and drag up to 20 images. Note: Recommended image size: at least 280 x 280 px

Step 5) Click SAVE.


Feature Listings On Your Agent Page

Add up to 3 listings to display on your Agent Webpage by adding their MLS#s. These will be featured with featured blog posts.

Note: Featured listings and featured blog posts will display one at a time and will rotate dynamically each time the page is revisited.

Step 1) Login to your new HawaiiLife.com Admin Account

Step 2) Click WEBSITE tab

Step 3) Scroll to FEATURED LISTINGS section and click + ADD LISTINGS. Enter MLS# of listing you wish to feature, then click "+ADD" button. 

 

Step 4) Scroll to the bottom of page then click SAVE.

Note: You can also feature blog posts on your Agent Website (follow next step below). 


Add Your Social Media Channels

Step 1) Login to your HawaiiLife.com Admin Account

Step 2) Click WEBSITE tab

Step 3) Enter the username of each social media account you wish to feature.

Step 4) Click SAVE.


Add Testimonials

Note: Please complete this form to feature your clients' testimonials on your agent page. Your Support Team will add them to your page, which displays them in a rotation and features two at a time.
